01 · The problem

A market thatnever checks outon a website.

Personalised newborn gifts sell through conversation — sizing, spelling, dates, photos. The checkout was already the DM, so a campaign built to push traffic at a product page would have been measuring the wrong thing.

02 · What we did
  1. 01Ten creatives, one jobA tight creative set built to start a conversation rather than close a cart.
  2. 02DM-native buyingCampaigns optimised toward the inbox, with the sale tracked where it actually happens.
  3. 03Weekly iterationThe losers get cut, the winners get rebuilt. The number is reported every week against what was agreed.
