01Restaurants and cafesThe short answer

Fill the room, not the feed

A restaurant's marketing has one job: more people through the door, more orders out of it. We make short video from the menu, run local ads to the people who can actually reach you, keep the Google listing alive with weekly posts, and set up ordering in DMs and WhatsApp so a post can become a sale without a website in between. Measured in covers and orders, never in likes.

In detail

Why does a cafe's Instagram not bring customers?

Because it is aimed at everyone and reaches no one nearby. A latte photo with a caption about Monday travels to whoever the platform guesses might like coffee, most of whom live in another city. The feed also usually hides the two things a hungry person wants: what it costs and how to get it. The fix is dull and it works. Film the food being made, put the price in the frame, say the street, and give people a way to order in the same app they are already holding.

What a month looks like

  1. 01

Week one: the listing and the menu

We fix the Google Business listing first: hours, menu, photographs, the questions people ask. It is the page most of your customers see before they see your door.

  2. 02

    Week two: shoot the menu

A half-day in the kitchen. Dishes being plated, the pour, the oven door. Enough footage for a month of short video cut on a phone-first frame.

  3. 03

    Week three: local reach

Short video goes out organically, and a small paid budget carries the best of it to people within a short drive. Spend sits in your own account and we agree it in writing.

  4. 04

Week four: orders in the inbox

Ordering through DMs and WhatsApp, with saved replies and a menu that can be sent in one tap, so the staff can take an order between tables. Then we count: covers, orders, and which post they came from.

Menu-led video, in practice

  • The dish, not the decor. Steam, a cut, a pour. The thing people are deciding about.
  • The price on screen. It filters out the wrong customer and reassures the right one.
  • The street name said out loud, because a video travels further than your delivery radius.
  • One post that asks a question people answer in the comments; the replies are where the regulars come from.
  • Customer-made video, reposted with permission, outperforms anything we shoot for a new opening.

Is it worth paying an agency for one location?

Often not for very long, and we say that first. A single cafe with a good listing, a weekly video habit and an owner who answers DMs the same hour does not need us every month. Where we earn the fee is the start: setting the listing right, shooting a bank of video, building the ordering flow, running the first local campaigns and writing down how it all works. After that, most owners keep the system and call us when they open a second room. A group with several locations is a different question, and a monthly one.

What we do not promise

We name no restaurant on this page, because a client appears on this site only when the work and the result are cleared for publication, and none in this category is yet. The method above comes from the inbox-first selling we run for The Gallery, a Pakistani newborn brand whose buyers finish the sale in Instagram messages; its ads returned $5.20–$6 for every $1 spent on every campaign to July 2026. A cafe's numbers will be its own.

We will not buy followers, run a giveaway that draws people who never come back, or report reach as if reach paid the rent. The number you need is covers on a slow night. Tell us what it is and we will say, on the first call, whether a month of this can move it.

FAQ
Do you handle delivery apps too?

We can set up and photograph your listing on them, but we would rather the customer end up in your own phone. The apps are a tap you pay for every time.

How much ad spend does a cafe need?

Small, and local. A budget that covers a few streets for a month is enough to find out whether the video pulls. It goes on your card, in your account, and we agree it before anything runs.

Can you shoot in our kitchen?

Where we can be in the room, yes. Where we cannot, we brief your staff or a local operator on exactly what to shoot, and we cut it.

Will you answer our DMs for us?

No. A reply from the owner or the floor is what a regular is buying. We set up the saved replies and the menu card, and we train whoever holds the phone.

What about reviews?

We ask for them at the right moment, by hand, from the people who were happy. We never write them and we never buy them.

No deck. No discovery theatre. One metric, one date, in the contract.

Tell us the number.
And the date.

That’s usually the sign. Bring us the number you need to hit — the call is 30 minutes, there’s no deck, and if we can’t get you there we’ll say so.
