01Web, KarachiThe short answer

Websites built in Karachi to convert

We build websites and storefronts from Karachi for brands in Pakistan and abroad, and we build them around the purchase rather than the portfolio shot. The page list comes from the questions your buyers ask, the copy is written before the design, and the search layer is part of the build, not an add-on. At handover the domain, the hosting and the files are in your name.

In detail

What makes a website developer in Karachi worth paying for?

Whether the site sells anything. Most agency sites are built to be screenshotted for the agency’s own portfolio, which is why they load slowly, bury the price and end in a contact form nobody answers. A site worth paying for does three plain things. It answers the questions a buyer has in the order they have them. It loads fast on a cheap phone on a bad connection, which is most of Pakistan. And it is written so that the people searching for what you sell land on your page rather than on a marketplace listing.

How we build a site

  1. 01

    The page list

We start from the questions your buyers ask on WhatsApp and in the DMs, and each question becomes a page or a section. Nothing is built because a template had a slot for it.

  2. 02

    Copy before design

The words are written and signed off first. A design that arrives before the copy is a design that gets rewritten twice.

  3. 03

    Build and measure

Built on Shopify where there is a catalogue, custom where the site is the product, with analytics you can read and we can audit.

  4. 04

    The search layer

Titles, structure and the Google Business listing set up as part of the build, so the site can be found the week it goes live rather than after a second project.

  5. 05

    Handover

Domain, hosting, files and logins in your name, with a short document that says how to change the things you will want to change.

Do you build Shopify stores or custom websites?

Both, and the choice is made by the catalogue rather than the brief. A brand with products, variants and cash-on-delivery orders belongs on Shopify, where the checkout, the inventory and the courier integrations already exist and the storefront is ours to design. Seyr is that kind of build: an ecommerce storefront organised around what a buyer needs to see, in the order they need to see it. A site that is the product, like the rebuilt zollerhistory.com with its shop and archive, is built custom, because a theme would fight it.

A template site and a built site

A template siteA site built for you
What it costsA theme and a weekend, or a cheap vendor’s afternoonA scoped fee, agreed before the build
How long it takesDaysWeeks, because the copy comes first
What it saysWhatever the template’s example text said, lightly editedThe answers to your buyers’ actual questions
How it is foundBy people who already know the nameBy people searching for what you sell
What breaksThe theme, at the next update, with nobody to callLittle, and what does is documented
Who owns itOften the vendor’s accountYou, from the first day

What is in your name at handover

  • The domain, registered to you, with the login in your password manager rather than ours.
  • The hosting or Shopify account, billed to your card.
  • The files or the repository, with a readme that says how to deploy.
  • The analytics and the Google Business listing.
  • Every page, image and line of copy, with no licence that expires when the retainer does.

Will the new site be found on Google?

It will be built to be, which is a different promise from a ranking. Every page gets a title that matches the question it answers, the structure a search engine can read, and the markup that lets an answer engine quote it. For a Karachi or Lahore business we set up or repair the Google Business listing in the same project, because local search is map search before it is anything else. What we will not do is guarantee a position, because nobody controls that and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something.

FAQ
How much does a website cost in Karachi?

It is priced to the scope: a storefront with a catalogue and a five-page site for a clinic are different jobs. You get a fixed figure after the first call, not a rate card.

Do you write the copy?

Yes, first. A site built before the words exist gets rebuilt.

Do you host the site?

No. Hosting is in your account, on your card, so the site is never hostage to the agency relationship.

Can you fix our existing site instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. If the structure is sound we rewrite and re-cut what is there; if it is not, we tell you before you pay for a patch.

Do you build for brands outside Pakistan?

Yes. zollerhistory.com is a US client’s site, and we keep New York hours so the review calls happen in your day.

No deck. No discovery theatre. One metric, one date, in the contract.

Tell us the number.
And the date.

That’s usually the sign. Bring us the number you need to hit — the call is 30 minutes, there’s no deck, and if we can’t get you there we’ll say so.
