A Karachi social media agency measured by reach
Drifted runs social media for brands from a content studio in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, where the videos, carousels and posters are written, shot and cut under one roof. We measure reach before followers: The Poster Project's feed was watched 2.2M times in ninety days, 80% of it organic, when the account had 811 followers. Nothing is bought, and every file stays yours.
In detail
What does a social media marketing agency in Karachi do each week?
It makes the content, posts it, and reads what happened before making the next piece. The making happens here: the studio in DHA has the lights, the backdrops and the editors, so a product that arrives on Monday is a cut reel by Thursday without a courier or a third invoice in between. The posting is done with the caption, the timing and the first hour of replies, because the feeds decide early whether to show a post to strangers. The reading is the part most agencies skip: which post reached people who had never seen the account, and what they did next.
What a month includes
The Standard tier is eight short videos and six carousels, plus four static posters a month, written, shot and cut in the studio, posted with the captions and the first hour of replies, alongside the search work and the emails. A shoot at your own premises is priced separately under Tailored, and we say that before you sign.
The Starter tier's content option is four short videos and three carousels a month, for a brand that wants to find out whether any of this moves a number before it commits to the full loop. Both are enough to learn from, because the lesson comes from reading the reach, not from the volume.
Why do you measure reach before followers?
Because a follower is someone who already found you, and a stranger is the person the next order comes from. The feeds no longer show a post to the followers first; they show it to a small test audience and widen it if that audience watched, saved or sent it. So a post built for strangers travels, and one built for the existing followers stays home. The Poster Project is the proof we point to: an account with 811 followers at the time reached 199,392 accounts in ninety days, up 174.5%, and 80% of its 2.2M views cost nothing. The followers came afterwards.
How a month runs in the studio
- 01
The list, before the camera
Every post for the month is written as one line first. A carousel teaches one thing, a reel shows one thing, a poster says one sentence. A line that does not hold up in the list is cut before it costs a shoot day.
- 02
One shoot day
The product, the founder or the team comes to DHA, or we come to you, and a month of footage is shot in a day. We shoot wide, because the moment that travels is rarely the one in the plan.
- 03
Cut and captioned in-house
The editors sit in the same room as the people who wrote the list, so a weak opening is fixed on the day rather than argued over by email. Captions are checked against the audio, and every file is checked frame by frame before it is posted.
- 04
Posted, then read
Each post goes out with its caption and gets its first hour of replies. The next week we read which posts reached people who do not follow you, and the next list is written from that.
- 05
One page a month
Accounts reached, how many of them were new, what they did, and what changes next month because of it. No dashboard and no login.
What we will not do with your account
- Buy followers. A bought follower never buys, and the platforms read a dead audience as a reason to show your posts to fewer people.
- Buy likes, views or comments, for the same reason.
- Post the same product photograph three times a week and call it a strategy.
- Report follower growth as a result. We report who saw the work and what they did next.
- Spread a month of work thinly over every platform that exists. Instagram and TikTok first; the rest when your buyer is there.
Is a Karachi social media agency cheaper than one abroad?
Cheaper than one in New York or London, yes, because the studio is in DHA and the shoot and the edit happen in the same building. Cheap, no. Plenty of agencies in Karachi will post for a fraction of our fee, and what the fraction buys is a template, a stock photograph and a caption written for nobody. What ours buys is a month of content made by the people who shot it, and a monthly page that says honestly what reached strangers and what did not. If you want the fraction, take it; we would rather lose the brief than win it for the wrong reason.
The questions that follow.
Where is the studio?
The studio is at 111-C, Murtaza Commercial, DHA Phase 8, Karachi. Bring the product; we shoot it there.
Do you shoot on location?
Yes. A shoot at your premises is priced on its own under Tailored; shoots in the studio are part of the monthly content.
Which platforms do you run?
Instagram and TikTok first, because that is where short visual content reaches strangers. LinkedIn when the founder is the brand. YouTube Shorts when the search term is the hook.
Do you buy followers or run growth services?
Never. A bought audience makes every real number look worse, and the platforms punish it.
How much does social media marketing cost in Karachi?
With us, $2,000 buys four short videos and three carousels a month; $4,000 buys eight short videos and six carousels, plus four static posters a month, with the search work and the emails on top. Cheaper quotes exist; ask what is made in-house and what is bought.
Who owns the content?
You do. The files, the raw footage and the accounts stay in your name, and they leave with you on thirty days’ notice.
The price is published.
Where this leads.
No deck. No discovery theatre. One metric, one date, in the contract.
