01Shopify brandsThe short answer

The store, the ads, the content

We run Meta ads, the short video that feeds them and the Shopify store they land on, as one loop. The spend stays in your own ad account. We report what the store banked, not what the ad platform claims, and we say the number out loud every week. The Gallery returned $5.20–$6 for every $1 of ads on every campaign to July 2026.

In detail

What does a Shopify brand actually need from an agency?

Three things, and they have to be run by the same people. Ads that bring the right person to the right page. Content that gives the ads something to say, because a product shot on a white background stops working after the first month. And a store that does not leak: page speed, product pages that answer the questions a buyer has before they ask, a checkout with nothing in the way. Most agencies sell one of the three and blame the other two when the number is bad. We take all three, or we tell you which one is the constraint and start there.

Why Meta and Shopify disagree

Your ad platform will report more sales than your store does. It is not lying and neither is Shopify; they count differently. Meta claims a sale if someone clicked an ad within a week, or saw one within a day, before buying. Shopify credits the last click it saw. The same order can sit in both reports, or in neither.

We treat the store as the ledger. Ad-platform numbers steer the week's decisions, because they arrive fast and they show which creative is pulling. The store's number decides whether the month worked. If the two drift apart, we say so in the report rather than picking whichever looks better. There is a longer piece on this in the journal, linked below.

How the first month runs

  1. 01

    Week one: read the account

We open the ad account, the store analytics and the last few months of orders before we touch anything. If the store is slow or the product page hides the price, that gets fixed before a dollar of new spend goes in.

  2. 02

Week two: build the creative set

Short video and stills made from your product, your customers and your own words, cut for the feed. Enough variants that the losers can be cut without leaving the account empty.

  3. 03

    Week three: first creative live

Campaigns go live in your own account, structured so each creative can be judged on its own. We set the spend with you, in writing, and never as a share of it.

  4. 04

    Week four: the first number

The first report lands with the store's figure beside the platform's figure and the gap explained. From here it is weekly: cut, rebuild, report.

Is it worth paying an agency if the store is small?

Sometimes not, and we will say so on the first call. If you are spending a few hundred dollars a month on ads, a fee bigger than the spend makes no sense; fix the product pages yourself, run one simple campaign and come back when the spend is the constraint rather than the fee. The brands we help most already have proof the product sells and need the loop run properly: creative that refreshes, campaigns that are cut when they fade, a store that is tested rather than guessed at. Tell us the number you need and we will tell you if we can get there.

What we will not do

  • Take a percentage of your ad spend. The fee is flat, so we have no reason to spend more of your money.
  • Report the platform's number as if it were yours. The store decides.
  • Build the store on a theme we have never opened. We ship storefronts and we run ads on them, and Seyr's is live for you to click through.
  • Be the cheapest quote. We are not the cheap option and we do not pretend to be.
  • Guarantee a return. Nobody who guarantees a number is telling you the truth.

FAQ
Do you build Shopify stores or only run ads on them?

Both. Seyr's storefront was built around the purchase rather than the portfolio shot, documented and handed over to run without us. Ads on a store someone else built are fine too; we audit it first.

Will you work inside my existing ad account?

Yes, always. We ask for partner access to your Meta Business account and your Shopify admin. Nothing is moved, and when you leave, you revoke access and keep everything.

What if my product sells in DMs rather than at the checkout?

Then we measure the DM. The Gallery's buyers finish the sale in Instagram messages, so the campaign was built to start conversations and the result was tracked where the money moved.

How much ad spend do I need?

Enough that the fee is not the biggest line. We say the minimum on the first call once we have seen the account, not before.

Do you also do email?

Yes. Email to your own customers is the cheapest sale a store makes, and the Standard tier includes two campaigns a month.

That’s usually the sign. Bring us the number you need to hit — the call is 30 minutes, there’s no deck, and if we can’t get you there we’ll say so.
